titleOfInvention | Half-synthetic sulfaminoheparosansulfates having antimetatstatic activity and lowered hemorrhagic risk |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: preparation is composed sulfaminoheparosansulfate compounds as antimetatstatic agent and pharmaceutical composition containing them. New compounds have molecular mass of 3200-4000 and sulfate-to-carboxyl group ratio equal to 2.2-2.3. They are produced from polysaccharide K5 of Escherichia coli by means of N-deacethylation with hydrazine and following N- sulfatization with adduct of trimethylamine/sulfuric anhydride and then, O-sulfatization with adduct of pyridine/sulfuric anhydride at 0 C during 0.25-2 h. When performing O- sulfatization, adduct/polysaccharide ration is equal to 5(in equivalent proportion of SO/OH). Then, the product is sulfatized. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in treating cancer patients; reduced risk of hemorrhages. 3 cl, 1 tbl |
