abstract FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: reflex-free non-immersion plano-apochromatic high-aperture microlens of large magnification includes six components. First positive component comes in the form of single meniscus facing space of objects with concavity. Each of second and third components is cemented together from negative having form of meniscus and positive biconvex lenses. Fourth positive component includes biconvex lens placed between two meniscus-shaped lenses. Fifth component is bonded from positive and negative lenses and sixth negative component is cemented from biconvex and biconcave lenses. EFFECT: correction of monochromatic and chromatic aberrations, avoidance of fogging illumination. 1 dwg
