titleOfInvention | Agent enhancing anti-inflammatory effect of immunodepressant (versions), method of enhancement of anti-inflammatory effect of immunodepressant, method of inflammation treatment |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agent enhancing anti-inflammatory effect of immunodepressant that is at least one glycosaminoglycan among the group including dermatan sulfate, heparin, heparan sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, keratan sulfate and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Method of enhancement of anti-inflammatory effect of immunodepressant involves the use of its combination with glycosaminoglycan taken among the group indicated above. Method of treatment of inflammation involves administration to mammal an anti-inflammatory agent in effective dose containing dermatan sulfate or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and immunodepressant as an effective component. Invention claims the use of dermatan sulfate or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an agent enhancing an anti-inflammatory effect of immunodepressant in an anti-inflammatory agent preparing. The combined use of indicated group of glycosaminoglycans and immunodepressant improves an anti-inflammatory effect of immunodepressant significantly that ensures to decrease its dose. As a result, the severe unfavorable adverse effects of immunodepressant can be attenuated. Invention can be used for treatment inflammatory processes, for example, chronic progressing inflammation where immunological mechanism takes part. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of agent, decreased dose of immunodepressant, improved method of treatment. 16 cl, 10 dwg, 3 tbl, 6 ex |
