FIELD: organic chemistry, cosmetic industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of shampoos. Shampoo conditioning composition has the detergent surface-active mixture, anionic detergent agent taken among the group including C 8 -C 18 -alkyl sulfates, C 8 -C 18 -alkylethylenehydroxy-ester sulfates containing 1-12 ethylenehydroxy-group in molecule, C 8 -C 18 -acylisothionates, C 10 -C 20 -alkylsulfonates, C 10 -C 20 -alkene-sulfonates and their mixtures and amphoteric surface-active substance taken among the group including C 8 -C 18 -alkylbetains and sulfobetains, C 8 -C 18 -alkylamido-derivatives, C 2 -C 3 -alkylbetains and sulfobetains, C 8 -C 18 -alkylamphocetates, C 8 -C 18 -alkylamphopropionates and their mixtures being weight ratio of the indicated anionic detergent agent to the indicated amphoteric compounds is in the range from 10:1 to 0.8:1 and conditioning agent as a poly- -quaternary compound taken among the group including quaternary cellulose polymer and a mixture of the indicated quaternary cellulose polymer with noncellulose quaternary conditioning polymer and also a mixture regulating static properties and quaternary ammonium salt of the formula: R 9 R 10 R 11 R 12 N + X - .
