abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying physiotherapeutic procedures in turn with psychotherapeutic procedures concurrently applied. Medical training exercises are administered before hydrotherapy session with psychotherapeutic self-suggestion procedures involving suggesting the feeling of peace and relaxation, doing exercises of body-oriented therapy, exercises aimed at visualization of images associated to actualized body feelings and verbal influence applied sequentially. When applying hydrotherapy procedures, therapeutic dialog is carried out to achieve active behavioral self-programming. When applying heated air or steam inhalation procedures, images and sureness of recovery are suggested. When applying massage procedures, dialog aimed at active behavioral self-programming is carried out. When applying manual therapy procedures, color and music influence is used. When applying heat treatment, images and sureness of recovery are suggested. Repeated heated air treatment is carried out with versions of behavior in situations not related to the disease are suggested. Superficial reflex therapy is carried out in combination with psychotherapy procedures as suggestions aimed at accelerated recovery behavior versions and musical meditation exercises.
