titleOfInvention | Surgical body implant |
abstract | FIELD: biological materials technology of surgery, traumatology, orthopedics; applicable in reconstruction-surgical intervention on various parts of skeleton including treatment of vertebral column. SUBSTANCE: surgical bony implant is from biological pyroceram with main crystalline phase in the form of carboxyhydroxyl apatite (dahllite) - synthetic analog of man bone biomaterial. Novelty consists in that it is made multilayer by combination of layers of biological pyroceram of various structure with reticular-cellular osteoconductive layers-fine-pore carrying layers volume ratio of 1: 4-2: 3. For production of biological pyroceram, the initial components are taken in the following ratio, mas. %: SiO 2 , 29.6-31.5; Al 2 O 3 , 4.9-5.2; Ca 2 (PO 3 ) 2 , 14.6-15.3; CaCO 3 , 41.3-44.5; MgO, 2.4-2.6; ZnO, 4.0-4.2. Surgical implant provides for optimization of terms of obtaining positive results of operation in various parts of skeleton due to variation of ratio of volumes of combined layers. Strong osteointegration of implant does not hinder the body tissue to manifest its all morphogenetic potentialities; boundary of implant-bone joint is accessible for physiological reparation-remodelling during the entire residence time of implant in organism. EFFECT: improved design. 2 tbl, 3 ex |
