titleOfInvention Method of neutralizing meat products for farm animal sarcocystose prophylaxis
abstract FIELD: feed production. SUBSTANCE: method involves neutralizing sarcocyst invased meat products by treating in microwave ovens at the frequency of microwave field of 2.450 plus and minus 50 MHz for 5-25 min at microwave field density of 1.0-4 W per one g of meat product to be treated, with meat product being treated in lumps of 50-250 g weight and 0.5-3 cm thick. Method may be used for producing feed from raw meat material invased with sarcocysts in commercial nurseries for carnivorous animals, as well as for preparing feed for cats and dogs. Method provides for neutralization of meat products and allows maximum quantity of nutrient substances and microelements to be retained in meat product. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified method and improved quality of meat-based feeds. 2 cl, 4 tbl, 2 ex
