titleOfInvention | Substances and method for detecting analytes by measuring residual magnetic induction |
abstract | FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out quantitatively measuring analytes presence in liquid and solid state phases by measuring residual magnetic induction by using chemical compounds suitable for these purposes. First of all, all substances of specific structure are labeled with ferrimagnetic or ferromagnetic markers. Then, the magnetically marked substances of specific structure are added to sample under measurement. The sample under measurement is magnetized by means of magnetic field of corresponding intensity applied from outside. Residual magnetic induction of magnetized colloid particles is measured by means of magnetic field sensory members. Residual magnetic induction generated due to specific binding and its magnitude are subjected to study. The substances used by the method are ferrimagnetic or ferromagnetic substances are stable or quasi- stable particles of ferric oxides, barium ferrite, strontium ferrite, pure iron, chrome dioxide, nickel, cobalt and ferric oxides with manganese, copper or cobalt adds. EFFECT: high accuracy in detecting presence of analytes; simplified analysis method. 31 cl, 2dwg |
