titleOfInvention Process of destruction of warfare agents and facility for its realization
abstract FIELD: ecological safety, environmental control. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed process high-pressure electrolyser, set of warfare agents in their jackets, reagents, explosive device are placed into underground charging room, room is sealed by means of concrete plug and exploded. Pyrolysis and oxidation of warfare agents are carried out with use of oxygen-hydrogen combustible mixture at temperature of 3000 C and under pressure up to 1000 atm. After this charging room is put in condition of prolonged storage. Facility for realization of process has underground charging room, set of warfare agents in their jackets, reagents, explosive device, concrete plug for room sealing. In addition facility includes high-pressure electrolyser without separation of phases, water reserve with electrolyte, pyrotechnic blasting cartridge with electric detonator fitted with cable network for connection of electrolyser and blasting cartridge with electric detonator to ground control station. EFFECT: total safe decomposition and deactivation of toxic warfare agents. 2 cl, 2 dwg
