titleOfInvention Complex nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizer production
abstract FIELD: fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to production of fertilizers based on ammonium nitrate and organophosphorus components. Nitratephosphate solution with desired proportion of components is prepared by mixing 20-30% ammophos solution with 85-90% ammonium nitrate solution at 140-150 C, after which nitrate-phosphate solution is ammonized in postneutralizer, evaporated into high-concentration melt, and granulated. Surface of thus obtained fertilizer granules is treated with antiagglomeration additive based on fatty amines. Ammophos solution is prepared on weak (0-25%) ammonium nitrate solution. EFFECT: reduced moisture content, increased strength and resistance against agglomeration and caking during long-term storage in soft containers and transportation in heaped state, and also enabled utilization of depleted weak ammonium nitrate production solutions. 4 cl
