SUBSTANCE: described are anelated β carbolines of formula I: β wherein is R 3 or group(s): -CO-R 1 , is R 1 - alkoxy; C 1 -C 6 is R 2 , H 2 , alkyl, C 1 -C 4 alkoxy-C 1 -C 4 alkyl, A is 5 or 6 membered unsaturated cycle in which 1 or 2 atoms are substituted by N, O and/or S and which is substituted by C 1 -C 2 or R 5 ; R 6 and R 5 are identical or different and are H, R 6 , alkyl, C 1 -C 6 alkyl which is substituted by hydroxyl or NR 7 R 8 , C 1 -C 6 alkoxyl; phenyl, 5 or 6 membered heteroaryl residue which contains one or two N, O or S atoms, and phenyl and heteroaryl residue is substituted by C 1 -C 4 alkyl, C 1 -C 4 alkoxyl, halogen or C 1 -C 4 together are R 5 and R 6 wherein n=4; (CH 2 ) n , are h, R 7 and R 8 alkyl, acyl, and also isomers, tautomers and salts thereof.
