abstract | FIELD: organic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: invention provides novel derivative of succinic acid containing photodimerizable cross-linking group and represented by any of formulas 1-3 or its salt: R 1 -A-H (1), R 1 -B-OH (2), R 2 -C-H (3), where R 1 denotes group of formula 4: (4), in which R 3 and R 4 are hydrogen atoms; R 2 denotes group of formula 5: (5), in which R 3 and R 4 are defined above and R 5 is low alkyl group; fragment A-H expresses intramolecular residue of amino- and hydroxy-containing compound represented by any of formulas 6-9: -O-(CH 2 ) n -NH 2 (6), wherein n is integer from 3 to 18, -(O-CH 2 CH 2 ) m -NH 2 (7), wherein m is integer from 2 to 10, -O-CHR 6 CH(COOR 7 )-NH 2 (8), wherein R 6 is hydrogen and R 7 is lower alkyl, and -O-(CH 2 ) l -NHCO-CHR 8 -NH 2 (9), wherein l is integer from 2 to 18 and R 8 is side chain of omega-amino acid, hydrogen, or lower alkyl; fragment B-OH expresses amino acid residue of general formula 10: -NH-(CH 2 ) k -COOH (10), wherein k is integer from 1 to 18; and fragment C-H expresses amino acid residue of general formula 11 or 12: -CO-(CH 2 ) k -NH 2 (11), wherein k corresponds to above definition, and -(COCHR 9 NH) i -H (12), wherein i is integer from 1 to 6 and R 9 is hydrogen atom.
