Combined aerogel-containing material and method of preparing thereof |
abstract |
FIELD: combined material and laminated silicate as inorganic matrix material which is heat-insulating material and/or in electronics. SUBSTANCE: method comprises mixing 10-95 vol % of aerogel particles with diameter of less than 0.5 mm, laminated silicate, water and optionally fibers, binding or auxiliary agents in mixing device, mold formation, drying and optionally finishing and thermal treatment at temperatures from 250 to 1200 C. Invention makes it possible to prepare aerogel-based material having low heat conduction and high mechanical strength with dielectric constant of less than 3 and low coefficient of dielectric losses. EFFECT: improved properties of the combined material. 15 cl, 6 ex |
