FIELD: medicinal microbiology, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: nutrient medium has nutrient base, casein and food yeast hydrolyzates, agar, sodium hydrogen phosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, manganese sulfate, sodium citrate, glucose, urea, bile, bromothymol blue and distilled water. Nutrient medium ensures to grow of epidemically significant strains pYV + of pseudotuberculosis microorganism with different plasmid spectrum as colonies with diameter below 1.5 mm in 24 h of incubation at 28 C and 37 C and provides the growth of 5-6 colonies after plating 10 microbe cells. Invention can be used for isolation of pseudotuberculosis microbe from infected material. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity and rate of cultures growth. 2 tbl, 2 ex |
