abstract | FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: crane-manipulator set has slewing gear with outriggers, multisection boom with replaceable working members and hydraulic system with supply main lines. Base of slewing gear is made in form of hollow housing with two horizontal oriented and spaced in height plates rigidly intercoupled by means of welded-to box with twin wall formed by central tube provided with welded-to end connectors for upper radial and lower radial-thrust bearing unit and end-face support of slewing column and external envelope enclosing tube with clearance over its outline. Plates are additionally closed to each other by welded-to beams of outriggers arranged between plates at diametrically opposite sides of tube. Combustion bearing unit with above-indicated plates is displaced crosswise to one of ends of said beams. Column slewing mechanism is made in form of mounted-on globoidal reduction gear mounted on upper plate through self-aligning spherical gasket ring, reduction gear being set into operation by hydraulic motor. Working wheel is coupled through splined joint with lower part of column. Lengths of lifting section, slewing column and load-lifting boom telescoping sections forming flat articulated joint mechanism are made to provide closed flat triangle in non-working position by tilting downwards lifting section and placing retracted telescoping section horizontally on support platform of base so that end face connector of working member tightly fits lower part of column within the limits of maximum cross size of chassis of vehicle used for mounting the set.
