abstract | FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to immunomodulating agent that can be used for treatment of different diseases accompanying with disorders of immune system immunomodulating activity. Agent has phospholipoglycoproteoselenium complex including low-molecular selenium compound, protein component obtained by extraction with organic solvents and the following drying the substance and dissolving in alcohol, organic carbohydrates, phospholipids, calcium, magnesium and aluminium cations as inorganic ions, hydrosulfite ions and hydroorthosilicate anions as liquid solutions. Mixture of these substances is placed and kept in electromagnetic sinusoidal high-frequency field at 20-30 MHz. One ml of immunomodulating agent has 30-40 mg of substance and 6-12 mcg of selenium in the mole ratio of phospholipid to glycoside and proteoselenium = 1:1:1 and phospholipoglycoproteoselenium complex to inorganic ionized structures = (1:2)-(1:7). Invention relates to method of immunomodulation also. Invention provides the systemic curative effect based on activation of cellular and humoral immune processes, among them the recognition of foreign antigen as the main mechanism of immunomodulating activity.
