abstract |
FIELD: treatment of waste, underground and mine water from admixtures of heavy metals, arsenic, organic and radioactive contaminants. SUBSTANCE: treatment is effected in field of galvanic cell which consists of mixture of alloy and/or metal and/or mixture of metals with different carbon-containing material. Water thus treated is separated from materials of galvanic cell. Admixtures are settled at control of pH in accordance with the following formula: , where C i is mole concentration of "i" inorganic contamination (ion); ν i is in ion charge; N in is amount of inorganic contamination; C j is mole concentration of organic contamination; N o is amount of organic contamination of water being treated.
