titleOfInvention Antihistaminic agent and method of its preparing
abstract FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: agent is made as a solid dosed form, in part, tablet. Agent has the following components, wt.%: loratadin, 0.5-20.0; lactose, 53.8-98.3; microcrystalline cellulose, 1.0-25.0; and stearic acid salt, 0.2-1.2. To prepare agent loratadin and indicated accessory substances are mixed and prepared mixture is shaped. Agent is used by oral route and it releases an active component rapidly. This provides high rate of loratadin absorption that accelerates the onset of therapeutic effect of preparation. Invention can be used for treatment of patients with seasonal and year-round allergic rhinitis, conjunctivitis, pollinosis, nettle rash and other allergic diseases. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of agent. 5 cl, 4 tbl, 3 ex
