titleOfInvention Method for production of oil-filled butadiene/styrene thermoelastolayers
abstract FIELD: polymer production. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to preparing oil-filled thermoelastolayers of the type A-B-A and , where A is polystyrene block, B polybutadiene block, X coupling agent fragment, and n ≥ 2, and can be used in production of sole materials and for modifying road and roofing bitumens and plastics. Aforesaid thermoelastolayers are prepared by block copolymerization of styrene and butadiene in hydrocarbon solvent initiated by organolithium reagent followed by coupling copolymer with four-functional compound, adding oil to stabilized copolymer solution, and isolation of copolymer from solution. Invention is distinguished by that organolithium reagent is product of interaction of ethyl chloride and n-butyl chloride performed at molar ratio 1.0:(0.1-10.0) and temperature 55-65 C, use of initiator corresponds to 2,5·10 -5 ÷5,0·10 -5 of active lithium per 1 g of starting styrene, oil is added simultaneously with stabilizer and thermoelastolayer solutions by way of mixing corresponding streams at weight ratio 1:(0.03-0.6):(0.002-0.011) and stirring resulting solution for 1-1.5 h at 50-60 C.
