titleOfInvention Disintegrator with thermal effect
abstract FIELD: disintegration of municipal sewage water at its purification and salvaging, and production of biofertilizers, biogas and deuterium from this water. SUBSTANCE: disintegrator has a body with inlet and outlet connections, installed in the body axis is a rotor with blind holes on its cylindrical surface engageable through an annular duct with the holes on the inner cylindrical surface of the body. The body outlet connection is connected to the bell mouth of the scroll, whose plane part is made with a pipe perpendicular to it. A flat spiral is positioned in the pipe cavity. The pipe communicates with a jet-type pump, whose rarefaction chamber is coupled to the collector vapor section, and the liquid section of the collector communicates with the pipe connection of the disintegrator cavity formed by concentric perforated rings and the body, isolated from its inlet and outlet sections and communicating with the liquid section of the collector, and through it, with the next stages of the disintegrator and collectors. The collector of the disintegrator last stage communicates with the inlet chamber of the electrolysis plant, whose cathode section is connected to the deuterium collector, and the anode one - to the oxygen collector. The inlet connection of the disintegrator first stage is connected through a centrifugal microfilter to a biofilter divided by distillation perforated partitions into sections, accommodating an abrasive grainy immobilization head. The biofilter sections communicate with an air blower. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of thermal effect on the process of disintegration of sewage water. 1 dwg
