FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to 1H-indole- -3-acetamides of the general formula (I) where X means oxygen atom; R 1 is taken among the group (i), (iii) where: (i) means C 6 -C 20 -alkyl, C 4 -C 12 -cycloalkyl; (iii) means -(CH 2 ) n -(R 80 ) where n = 1-8 and R 80 is the group indicated in (i); R 2 means hydrogen, halogen atom, C 1 -C 3 -alkyl, C 1 -C 2 -alkylthio-, C 1 -C 2 -alkoxy- -group; each of R 3 means independently hydrogen atom or methyl group; R 4 ,R 5 ,R 6 ,R 7 each means independently C 1 -C 10 -alkyl, C 2 -C 10 -alkenyl, C 3 -C 8 -cycloalkyl, C 1 -C 10 -alkoxy-, C 4 -C 8 -cycloalkoxy-, phenoxy-group, halogen atom, hydroxy-group, carboxyl, -C(O)O(C 1 -C 10 )- -alkyl), hydrazide, hydrazino-group, NH 2 ,NO 2 ,-C(O)NR 82 R 83 where R 82 and R 83 means independently hydrogen atom, C 1 -C 10 -alkyl or the group of the formula: a) where R 84 and R 85 mean independently hydrogen atom, C 1 -C 10 -alkyl; p = 1-5; Z means a bond, -O-, -NH-; Q means , phenyl, group of the formula: b) , c) , d) is taken independently among hydrogen atom, R 86 -alkyl and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters or amides. Compounds of the formula (I) show inhibitory activity with respect to fatty acids release mediated by C 1 -C 10 , phospholipase and they can be used for preparing the pharmaceutical composition.
