titleOfInvention | Biocompatible polymer material and method of preparation thereof |
abstract | FIELD: surgery and ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: material consists of hyaluronic acid, immobile polymer carrier, and water, said carrier being cross-linked polyamine gel reversibly swelled in aqueous medium, in particular either an acrylic polymer, or copolymers of unsaturated amines with uncharged water- soluble ethylenically unsaturated monomers prepared in an aqueous medium in presence of cross-linking agents, or yet mixed carrier composed of both types of polymers modified by collagen during preparation of polymer carrier or before mixing with hyaluronic acid solution. The latter is applied onto surface of immobile polymer carrier and components are mixed in aqueous solution at 10 to 80 C, pH 3 to 10 for 2 to 48 h and then washed out in physiologic solution. EFFECT: imparted high biocompatibility, hydrophilicity, elasticity, insolubility in water, and with standability to tissue enzymes with biological properties of hyaluronic acid preserved. 10 cl, 8 ex |
