titleOfInvention | Method of detection of paraffin0philic microorganisms |
abstract | FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method of detection of Mycobacterium avium intracellulare in body samples involves inclusion of body sample portions into numbers of wells containing sterile broth and antibiotics, inclusion of a single paraffin-covered slide into each of the mentioned well followed by rapid alcohol-acid test on the first paraffin-covered slide. After detection of alcohol-acid rapid microorganisms on the slide tests of tellurite reduction on the second paraffin-covered slide is carried out followed by realization of at least one special test on the third paraffin-covered slide. Then DNA is extracted from at least one additional slide after removal of paraffin from microorganism culture and demonstration of absence of Mycobacterium avium intracellulare in the sample based on data of DNA extraction. EFFECT: rapid and effective method of identification of paraffinophilic microorganisms Mycobacterium avium intracellulare. 6 cl, 12 dwg, 1 ex |
