FIELD: organic chemistry, chemistry of proteins. SUBSTANCE: fraction of copolymer-1 is a mixture of polypeptides consisting of alanine, glutamic acid, lysine and tyrosine. Copolymer-1 fraction has more 75% of molecules with molecular mass about from 2 to 20 kDa and less 5% of molecules with molecular mass above 40 kDa. Composition for treatment of patients with cerebrospinal sclerosis has pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and pharmaceutically effective amount of copolymer-1 fraction.
