titleOfInvention Method of production of high-purity substances
abstract FIELD: synthesis of wide range of high-purity materials applicable in laser and infrared engineering, and also in fiber optics and special engineering. SUBSTANCE: method includes dissolving of initial substances in solvent, supersaturation of solution and crystallization. Solubility of initial substances amounts up to 1.5-3.0 g/cu.dm at temperatures of 80-100 C with supersaturation degree of 0.5-2.0 g/cu.dm and supercooling temperature of 10-30 C. Ratio of constants of crystallization rates of components of crystallized compounds is not above 15, and induction periods do not exceed 1 min. For one cycle of thermozone crystallization in form of synthesis, purification from impurities is attained up to three orders of magnitude and more. EFFECT: developed base ecologically clean, closed, highly economically efficient and practically wasteless method with combined processes of synthesis of multicomponent compounds and their purification.
