SUBSTANCE: invention provides novel hexapeptide of formula II: [A-Zz a -(D/L)Trp-Lys-X 1 -X 2 ] (II), in which X 1 is radical of formula a: (a) or b: (b), wherein R 1 optionally substituted phenyl and R 2 is group -Z 1 -CH 2 -R 1 , -CH 2 -CO-O-CH 2 -R 1 , or c: (c) or d: (d), wherein Z 1 is oxygen or sulfur atom; X 2 is alpha-amino acid substituted by aromatic radical on its side C α chain or X 2 is amino acid motif Dab; A is bivalent residue selected from: Pro, (R 3 -NH-COO)Pro, H 2 N-Pro, HO-Pro, R 3 -NH-CO-O- R 6 -CH(NR 4 )-CO-, , where R 3 is NR 8 R 9 -(C 2 -C 6 )-alkylene or guanidine-C 2 -C 6 -alkylene; R 4 is hydrogen or methyl; R 11 benzyl optionally substituted in its ring, -(CH 2 ) 1-3 -OH or -(CH 2 ) 1-5 -NH 2 ; R b is -(CH 2 ) 1-3 ; each of R 8/ and R 9 , independently from each other, are hydrogen, (C 1 -C 4 )-alkyl, acyl, or CH 2 OH-(CHOH) c -CH 2 -, where c = 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4, or R 8 and R 9 form with nitrogen atom, to which they are linked, heterocyclic group, which can contain additional heteroatom (examples: pyridyl or morpholino groups); and Zz a is natural or synthetic alpha-amino acid unit selected from: Ala, Val, Thr, Ser, Leu, Nle, Ile, His, Trp, Arg, Tyr, Phe, and NH 2 -Phe in free base form or in the form of salt or complex compound.
