FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: described is method of preparing di(1- ethyl-1-(dialkylamine)aluminium[60] fullerenes of general formula I: wherein n is 1-6, R is Et, Bu and C 60 is allotropic modification of carbon. Method comprises reacting fullerene [60] with excessive amount of Et(R 2 N)AlCl and activated magnesium in the presence of dialkylaminealuminium chloride ((Cp 2 TiCl 2 )) in argon atmosphere under normal conditions in solvents for 12-16 hours.
