SUBSTANCE: method involves incubating whole patient blood treated with heparin in the amount of 10% of the total circulating blood volume in the presence of 0.5-1 mln of MU of recombinant alpha-interferon at 37 C during 90-180 min. Then, the blood is returned to the vascular bed of the same patient. The procedure is carried out 1-2 times a week during 1-1.5 months.
