titleOfInvention Method of fibrinogen producing
abstract FIELD: medicine, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: blood plasma alcoholic precipitate-1 obtained by Cohn's schedule is dissolved in acetate buffer solution containing anticoagulating agent. Then cation-exchange sorbent is added to the precipitate solution up to complete fibrinogen binding and detergent and organic solvents are added to the solution. Then solution is incubated at 25-35 C for 8-24 h, sorbent is washed off from unbound protein and fibrinogen is eluted from sorbent with acetate buffer solution. Values pH and protein concentration in solution are corrected followed by sterilizing filtration, pouring and lyophilic drying the preparation obtained. EFFECT: improved method of producing, virologically safe fibrinogen preparation, decreased content of salt. 3 cl, 2 ex
