FIELD: molecular biology, genetic engineering. SUBSTANCE: human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor is prepared by expression of recombinant proteins in mammary gland of transgenic animals. Milk of transgenic animals is used for preparing human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor. Original genic structures of human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor based on available genomic DNA copy and regulatory genes of milk proteins providing effective secretion of human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor with milk of transgenic animals have been developed.
