abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out clinical, X-ray, bronchoscopic examinations to determine reliable and significant symptoms. High probability of pulmonary asphyxia hemorrhages is predicted, if one symptom is detected in every group of reliable clinical, X-ray, bronchoscopic symptoms. Extremely high probability of pulmonary asphyxia hemorrhages is predicted, if one more symptom is detected in a group of reliable clinical symptoms and/or X-ray symptoms and/or bronchoscopic symptoms. The pulmonary asphyxia hemorrhage is predicted as potential outcome, if combination of at least one reliable clinical symptom and X-ray symptom takes place or combination of one reliable bronchoscopic symptoms with any number of significant symptoms or three of any significant symptoms takes place.
