titleOfInvention Sanative mineral drinking water production process
abstract FIELD: soft drink industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sanative mineral water that can be used as drinking water for course treatment in resort establishments and also for bottling. Invention is distinguished by following mineral composition, mg/cu.dm: calcium 400-650, magnesium 50-150, sodium+potassium 100-400, chloride 200-400, sulfate 1100- 2000, and bicarbonate 200-450. Total mineralization is 2.0-4.0 mg/cu.dm and pH 6.8-7.1. Water is cooled, filtered, disinfected, saturated with carbon dioxide, and bottled. For production of magnesium-calcium sulfate water, water from Lebedyansk water-bearing upper Devonian level from the depth 179-212 m. Invention enables using mineral drinking water for persons with chronic gastritis accompanied by normal and elevated secretory function of stomach, uncomplicated ulcer illness of stomach and duodenum, chronic diseases of liver and biliary ducts, chronic pancreatites and chronic diseases of urinary duct. EFFECT: improved sanative properties of water. 6 cl
