titleOfInvention Method of making tablet by pressing and tablet made by this method
abstract FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutical technology. SUBSTANCE: method involves pressing tablet material containing live microorganisms and oligosaccharides containing above two monosaccharides. Tablets made by this method are claimed. Preferable amount of oligosaccharides is 40-99.5% of tablet mass. Lactic acid-producing bacteria can be used as microorganisms and fructose oligosaccharides can be used as oligosaccharides. Tablets can contain additionally polysaccharides, for example, starch or microcrystalline cellulose. Invention ensures to attain the lowest decrease of microorganism viability in the process of tablet forming. EFFECT: improved method of tablet making. 10 cl, 2 ex
