abstract |
FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: long-wave laser VCSEL in accordance with present invention is optically connected to short-wave VCSEL laser pumped electrically and is optically pumped by it. Short-wave radiation emitted from upper surface of laser VCSEL lying beneath passes through lower mirror of long-wave laser VCSEL. Long-wave radiation is predominantly emitted from upper surface of long-wave laser VCSEL. Two VCSEL lasers are connected with the use of transparent optical adhesive material, by melting of layers or by metal brazing. Technical result of invention lies in generation of high output power by 980 nm short-wave VCSEL laser and by 1300 or 1550 nm long-wave VCSEL laser.
