abstract | FIELD: microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the strain of bacterium Streptococcus lactis 3186 k12 VKPM B-4989 used in industrial production of probiotic for ruminant young animals. Culture is isolated from dominating microflora of healthy calf by method of accumulating culture in media MRS, Leonovich, Perekopova at 28-30 C from dilution 1:10 by inoculation on Petri dishes on bilayer agar. Culture is isolated from monocolonies and identified by Bersey key. The strain carries out homoenzymatic lactic acid fermentation and ferments dextrins. EFFECT: strain indicated above, valuable properties. |
