FIELD: ferrous metallurgy, namely, design of blast tuyere for blast furnace. SUBSTANCE: surface of water cooled body of tuyere having outer and inner nozzles mutually joined in their ends by means of flange and mouth portion is subjected to alumosilicon in special container for making facing protective layer of material containing set of solid solutions of aluminium in copper with thickness of 0.5-2 mm and including silicon introduced in quantity 0.1-0.8% into layer of protective material.
