titleOfInvention | Motor gasoline production process (versions) |
abstract | FIELD: gasoline production. SUBSTANCE: crude oil is subjected to electrical desalting and dehydration and then to atmospheric or atmospheric vacuum distillation. Gasoline fractions are stabilized and subjected to redistillation, after which gasoline fraction is subjected to hydrofining followed by reforming. Water steam used in processes as heat carrier is partially generated by combustion of associated gas and/or process gas releasing when thermally processing crude oil and/or in thermodestructive processing of petroleum and/or intermediate products, which steam is fed into process network at 50-70 C and pressure 3-5 kg/sq.cm. 60-85% of gas is burned in process furnaces and 15-40% in steam generator to form condensate. The latter, supplemented by preheated chemically purified water, is used in steam generator. EFFECT: reduced power consumption, and increased yield of product per 1 unit weight of fuel, and improved quality of product. 20 cl, 1 tbl |
