abstract |
FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention claims water-soluble nimesulid and L-lysine salt formed as product of reaction between nimesulid and L-lysine with anti-inflammatory activity. Method of its preparing involves dissolution of nimesulid and L-lysine in methanol followed by separation of formed salt from methanol and/or concentrating by evaporation. Invention proposes also compositions with anti-inflammatory activity based on nimesulid with cyclodextrin. Invention describes nimesulid salt aqueous solution and pharmaceutical composition with anti-inflammatory activity. EFFECT: improved method of salt preparing. 17 cl, 28 dwg, 6 tbl, 15 ex |
