SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of industrial method of production of high-quality enzyme preparation "Lidaza" for intramuscular injections and electrophoresis and no containing impurities. Cattle testes are extracted with acetic acid, extract is purified by centrifugation and filtration through membranes (pore size 50 000 Da) at pH 7.0-7.1 followed by sterilizing filtration and lyophilic drying the preparation in regime providing preservation of curative properties of enzyme.
