SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the novel isoxazolines and isoxazoles of the formula (I) where R 1 ,R 14 ,R 15 , U, V, W, X, Y and b have values given in the invention claim. Compounds are useful as antagonists of glycoprotein fibrinogen receptors IIb/IIIa of platelets. Invention relates to also pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds, method of inhibition of platelet aggregation based on these compounds as thrombolytic agents.
