titleOfInvention Method of mineral material concentration
abstract FIELD: mineral concentration. SUBSTANCE: method may be used in flotation of rebellious ores of nonferrous metals, pyrite cinders and pyrite-containing tailings. The method includes preliminary preparation of mineral material by the method of sulfoagglomeration and subsequent flotation. Sulfoagglomeration charge consists of mineral material to be concentrated, sulfur-containing material and coke. Obtained agglomerate is crushed, ground and floated with separation of copper and iron concentrates and tailings. Sulfur-containing material may be used in the form of pyrite-containing tailings of concentration mills, substandard pyritic ore, flotation pyrite concentrate, etc. EFFECT: higher recovery of nonferrous and precious metals from rebellious mineral materials. 11 cl, 3 ex
