Method of conversion of hydrazines into ammonia or ammonia and corresponding amines (variants) |
abstract |
FIELD: deactivation of hydrazines to prepare ammonia or ammonia and corresponding amines. SUBSTANCE: according to 1st variant, hydrazine is dissolved in liquid carrier and dissolved hydrazine is allowed to pass over metal Pt and/or Pd present on carrier at temperature from 0 to 250 C and pressure from 345 to 3450 kPa in the presence of about 0.1-10 moles of hydrogen per mole of hydrazine to prepare ammonia or ammonia and corresponding amine. According to 2nd variant, hydrazine is evaporated in carrier gas, and evaporated hydrazine is allowed to pass over metal Pt and/or Pd applied onto carrier at temperature from 0 to 250 C and pressure from 345 to 3450 kPa in the presence of at least 0.1 mole of hydrogen per 1 mole of hydrazine to prepare ammonia or ammonia and corresponding amine. EFFECT: increased effectiveness of utilization of hydrazine. 16 cl, 2 dwg, 2 ex, 1 tbl |
