abstract | FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves homogenizing thymus of 15 days old seals and processing with ultrathorax and then with ultrasound, centrifuging, heating the fluid above the deposit to 80 C, cooling, centrifuging and mixing with cooled acetone in 1:5 proportion, treating with saturated ammonium sulfate solution, centrifuging, dissolving the deposit in tris-HCl buffer and bringing through high pressure liquid chromatograph selecting components possessing immunostimulating and inhibiting properties, from the obtained subfractions. Then the resulting fractions are separately lyophilized. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of the method. 2 dwg |
