abstract FIELD: means of blasting designed for initiation of explosive charges in performance of industrial blasts. SUBSTANCE: means of blasting is made in the form of explosion-proof blank which consists of cartridge case with components of binary explosive located separately and combine to form liquid explosive before its application. Explosion of liquid explosive is initiated by electric pulse with the help of bridge with blasting wire or resistance bridge with igniting composition. According to one of invention versions, oxidizer and fuel are separated by membrane and located in strong cartridge case whose end has piston or made with soft walls capable of deformation. For blasting means using membrane is destroyed by oxidizer pressure under action of piston or as a result of compression of walls of deformed end of cartridge case, and components are combined to form solution. The invention also covers two versions of blasting means and two versions of methods of application of the blasting means.
