Method involves washing out placenta with purified water, preparing placenta homogenate, tissue hemolysis in purified water, the first fine tissue grinding in rotor-pulsator apparatus, disinfection and oxidation with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, repeated treatment of semiproduct in rotor-pulsator apparatus, filtration and the ready product preparing. Preparation increases egg yield, gain weight of chicken-broilers, chickens hatching from incubator, enhances safety of carp this year's brood, increases additional gain weight of living mass in carps.
