SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of preparing biologically active tissue preparation from placenta showing prophylactic and therapeutic effect in diseases of different etiology in agricultural animals. Method involves washing out placenta with purified water, preparing placenta homogenate, tissue hemolysis in purified water, the first fine tissue grinding in rotor-pulsator apparatus, disinfection and oxidation with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, repeated treatment of semiproduct in rotor-pulsator apparatus, filtration and the ready product preparing. Preparation increases egg yield, gain weight of chicken-broilers, chickens hatching from incubator, enhances safety of carp this year's brood, increases additional gain weight of living mass in carps.
