abstract |
FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining cardiac rhythm vegetative regulation type before applying transesophageal left atrium electrostimulation with single or paired pulses by applying cardiointervalography method and transesophageal electrophysiological heart examination. Predominance of parasympathetic tone being observed in a patient, sympathetic tone is to be increased. No paroxysm being observed, it is modeled once more by gradual or jump-like increase of heart beat rate until paroxysm state arises. EFFECT: noninvasive, safe method; enhanced effectiveness in selecting appropriate prophylactic treatment method. 2 tbl |
