titleOfInvention Toilet soap with nourishing cream and method of its production
abstract FIELD: cosmetics, particularly, toilet soap production. SUBSTANCE: toilet soap with nourishing cream contains sodium salt of fat acids of food fats, palm and coconut oils, sodium chloride, pigmentary titanium dioxide, antioxidant, perfume composition. The soap additionally has nourishing cream and citric acid as a neutralizing agent. The toilet soap with nourishing cream is produced by stage-by-stage saponification of fats with solution of caustic soda, lamination of soapy glue by sodium chloride, polishing, settling and pouring of base. Then product is dried and subjected to mechanical treatment, and additives and perfume composition are introduced. After it, filing with following forming, cutting and stamping are carried out. After base pouring, soapy mass is additionally neutralized by solution of citric acid and after drying, nourishing cream is introduced. EFFECT: new soap without irritating and allergic action on skin. 2 tbl
