titleOfInvention Heat-insulating concrete
abstract FIELD: civil and industrial engineering, more particularly manufacture of heat- insulating concrete products. SUBSTANCE: concrete comprises cement, foam-forming additive, water, montmorillonite clay comprising at least 60% of mineral (Al, Mg) 2 (OH) 2 {Si 4 O 10 }H 2 O - and foam-forming additive NICA made of hydrolyzed cattle blood stabilized by aluminium sulfate Al 2 (SO 4 ) 3 , ratios of components being as follows, wt %: cement, 44.0-47.0; montmorillonite clay comprising at least 60% of mineral, 11.0-13.8; foam-forming additive NICA, 0.5-0.7, and water, 40.0-42.8. EFFECT: bulk volume is reduced to 200 g/cubic cm and heat conduction coefficient λ is lowered to value of 0.05 W/m of heat-insulating concrete having strength of 0.9-1.1 MPa. 3 cl, 1 tbl
