FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the powder-like preparation used for administration of medicinal useful polypeptides and containing medicinal useful polypeptide in combination with melecitose as diluting agent. Invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, in part, powder-like preparation containing medicinal useful polypeptides. Powder-like preparation containing polypeptide in combination with melecitose as diluting agent is administrated by inhalation route. Invention relates to also the method of production of the powder-like preparation. Invention provides the possibility of use of good diluting agent as compared with other diluting agents based on nonreducing sugars for making polypeptide powder-like preparations since in inhalation it shows suddenly high inhalated powder fraction.
