titleOfInvention Dry virus-vaccine against mareck's disease and method of its preparing
abstract FIELD: veterinary virology, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vaccine used for prophylaxis of Mareck's disease. Virus-vaccine has cell-free strain "VNIIZZH/N 110-DEP" (collection of VGNKI) of turkey herpes virus and protective medium. Vaccine has, wt.-%: strain VGNKI N "VNIIZZH/N 110" 40-60 and protective medium - the rest. Sucrose 8-% solution in phosphate buffer is used as the protective medium. Chicken embryo cultured fibroblast cells are used as cellular substrate. Strain VGNKI N "VNIIZZH/N 110" of turkey herpes virus is used at its biological activity 2 x 10 5 FOE focus-formig units/cm 3 . not less. Infected cellular mass is mixed with protective medium and disintegrated by ultrasonic treatment to obtain cell-free viruses. Vaccine is frozen and dried by lyophilization method. EFFECT: enhanced immunogenic activity of vaccine. 9 cl, 6 tbl, 1 dwg, 5 ex
